Father Elohim’s
Sovereign Free Will
The LORD of hosts has sworn, saying, "Surely, as I have predestined, so it shall come to pass, and as I have
purposed,
so
it shall stand. This
is
the predetermined plan against the whole earth, and this
is
the hand that is
stretched out over all the nations. For the LORD of hosts has purposed, And who will annul
it?
His hand
is
stretched out, and who will turn it back?"
Isaiah 14:24-2
I
am
the sovereign LORD, and
there is
none else. I form
the light, and create darkness: I bring peaceful prosperity, and create evil disaster: I the LORD do all these
things
.
Isaiah 45:6-7
See, it is I Who created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame and forges a weapon fi t for its
work. And it is I Who have created the destroyer to work havoc.
Isaiah 54:16
Shall a trumpet be blown in the
city, and the people not be afraid? Shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done
it
?
Amos 3:6
Who
can speak and have it happen if the LORD has not decreed it? Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that both
evil and good things come?
Lamentations
3:37
The most High is sovereign Ruler over the kingdoms of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will, and setteth up
over it the basest of men.
Daniel 4:17
And all the inhabitants of the earth
are
regarded as nothing: and He doeth
according to His will in the army of heaven, and
among
the inhabitants of the earth: and none can hold back His
hand, or say unto Him, What have You done?
Daniel 4:35
A man’s steps are determined by the LORD, so how can
anyone understand his own way?
Proverbs 20:24
The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as rivers of water:
He directs it wherever He will.
Proverbs 21:1
Does the ax raise itself above him who swings it, or the saw boast
against him who uses it? As if a rod were to wield him who lifts it up, or a club brandish him who is not wood!
Isaiah 10:15
Woe to him who strives with his Maker! Shall the clay say to him who forms it, 'What are you
making?' Or the clay say of the Potter
,
'He has no hands?’
Isaiah 45:9
Before Rebekah’s twins were born or had done anything good or evil (so God’s
foreordained
purpose according to
His choice might stand: not by their works but by Him Who calls) she was told,
"The older shall serve the
younger."
As it is written,
"Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated."
For He says to Moses,
"I will have mercy
on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion."
So then
it
does
not depend upon the
carnal-minded
choice of him who
is self-
will
ed
, nor of him who works, but of God who
shows mercy. Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens.
You will say to me
then, "Why does He still fi nd fault? For
who has resisted His
sovereign free-
will?
”
But indeed, O man, who are
you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to Him who formed
it,
"Why have you made me like this?"
Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor [Jacob] and
another for dishonor [Esau]?
What
if God, wanting to show
His
wrath and to make His
theocratic
power known,
endured with much long-suffering the
democratic
vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might
make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory.
Romans 9:11-23
The LORD said unto Moses...”I will harden Pharaoh’s heart that he shall not let My people go.”
Ex
odus
4:21
Behold, the name of the LORD comes from afar, with burning anger. He shakes the nations in the sieve of
destruction; He places in the jaws of the peoples a bit and bridle, causing them to err.
Isaiah 30:27
He declares to
them, Because your rage against Me and your tumult have come up to My ears, therefore I will put My hook in
your nose and My bridle in your lips, and I will turn you back by the way which you came.
Isaiah 37:29
They perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God
will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the
LIE
: that they all might be damned who did not
believe the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Thess
alonians
2:10-12
And the LORD said, ‘Who will
entice Ahab king of Israel to march up and fall at Ramoth-gilead?’
And one suggested this, and another that. Then
a spirit came forward and stood before the LORD, and said, 'I will persuade him.' The LORD said to him, 'In what
way?'
So he said, 'I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.' And
the LORD
said, 'You
shall persuade
him
and also prevail; go out and do so.'
Therefore look! The LORD has put a lying spirit in the
mouth of these prophets of yours, and the LORD has decreed disaster against you."
2 Chron
icles
18:20-22
He
turned their heart to hate His people, to deal craftily with His servants.
Psalm 105:25
1
Indeed against God’s holy Servant Jesus, both Herod, Pontius Pilate, and Judas with the Gentiles and the people
of Israel, were gathered together
to do whatever God’s will and predestined purpose determined before to be
done.
Acts 4:27-28
For God has put it into their hearts to fulfi ll the purpose of His will by agreeing to give the
(antichrist) Beast their power to rule, until the words of God are fulfi lled.
Revelation 17:17
Again the anger of the LORD was aroused against Israel, and He moved David against them to say, "Go, number
Israel and Judah." Now Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel.
1 Chronicles 21:1
And
David's heart condemned him after he had numbered the people. So David said to the LORD, "I have sinned
greatly in what I have done; but now, I pray, O LORD, take away the iniquity of Your servant, for I have done
very foolishly."
2 Samuel 24:1, 10
O LORD, why have You made us to err from Your ways,
and
hardened our
heart from fearing You?
Isaiah 63:17
For God has imprisoned all in disobedience, so that He may have mercy on
all.
Romans 11:32
Blessed
is the man
You choose, and cause
to approach
You,
that
he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be
satisfi ed with the goodness of Your house, of Your holy temple.
Psalm 65:4
The LORD Jesus told His disciples,
No one can
faithfully
come to Me
in godly repentance
unless the Father who sent Me draws
(compels)
him; and I
will raise him up at the last day. And He said, "Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me
for
salvation
unless it has been granted to him by My Father."
John 6:44, 65
Do not err my beloved brethren, in the
exercise of His own will God chose to give us birth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of fi rst-fruits of
His creatures.
James 1:18
To His brethren, Christ declared:
You did not choose Me, but I chose you
and
foreordained you that you should go and bear
holy
fruit, and
that
your fruit should remain.
John 15:16
Christ’s
brethren were born, not of blood, nor of the
flesh’s self-will
, nor of the
carnal-minded choices of the
will of man,
but of God.
John 1:13
As many as the LORD foreordained to eternal life believed.
Acts 13:48
And the
sovereign LORD opened Lydia’s heart to respond to the things spoken by Paul.
Acts 16:14
Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, all you who remain of the house of Israel, you whom I have upheld since you
were conceived, and have carried since your birth. Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He Who
will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you. I am God and
there is no other. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. My
purpose will stand, and
I will do all that I please
. From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far off land, a
man to fulfi ll My purpose. What I have said, that will I bring about; what I have predestined, that will I do.
Isa
iah
46:3,9
I will give you a new, repentant heart and put a new, faithful spirit within you; I will take the self-willed
(reprobate old wineskin)
heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a
(regenerated new wineskin)
heart of flesh.
I will put My Spirit
(New Wine)
within you and
move you
to
obediently
walk in My decrees and to be careful to
keep My laws and do them
.
Ezekiel 36:26-27
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do the good
pleasure of
His
will.
Philippians
2:13
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works,
which God hath foreordained that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:10
In Christ we were also chosen, having
been predestinated according to the purpose of Him who worketh all things after the counsel of His own will.
Ephesians 1:11
For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate
to be
conformed to the image of His Son,
that He might be the fi rstborn among many brethren.
Romans 8:29
LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou
also hast wrought
all
our works in us.
Isaiah 26:12
Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our
Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in
every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well-pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ; to
whom
be
glory for ever and ever.
Hebrews 13:20-21
Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will travel to such and such a city and spend a year there and do
business and make a profi t.” You don’t even know what tomorrow will bring—what your life will be! For you
are like smoke that appears for a little while, then vanishes. Instead, you should say,
“If the Lord wills, we will
live and do this or that.”
But as it is, you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil. So it is a sin for the
person who knows that doing this is good, and doesn’t do it.
James 4:13-17
2
The Son of Man, speaking as God’s anointed representative for Adam’s fallen race, humbly told His disciples: “
I
seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father
which hath sent Me. For I came down from heaven, not to
independently
do Mine own will, but the will of Him that sent Me. Therefore after this manner you should pray:
Our Father in heaven....(not our flesh’s carnal-minded self-will, but) Your
holy
will be
sovereignly
done on earth
as it is in heaven.”
John 5:30; 6:38; Matt
hew
6:9
Christ the Good Shepherd promised His sheep: “
My sheep
hear My voice, and I know
them
, and
they
follow Me:
And I give unto
them
eternal life; and
they
shall never perish
, neither shall any
man
pluck
them
out of My hand.
My Father, which gave
them
Me, is greater than all; and no
man
is able to pluck
them
out of My Father's hand. I
and
My
Father are One.”
John 10:27-30
Dearly beloved brethren of Christ, our Great Shepherd is not slack
concerning His promise
to us
; but is long-suffering
to usward
(i.e. to His blessed sheep that He chose to
foreknow with the constraining love of His saving grace; not to the devil’s accursed goats that were never chosen
to be foreknown by the constraining love of God’s saving grace)
, not willing that any
of us
should perish out of
His hand; but all
of us
should come to, and be granted, repentance.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord Jesus said: “
Not
everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father
who is in heaven
will enter.
Many
(of the devil’s ‘Xian’ goats and foolish virgins)
will say to Me on that day,
‘Lord, Lord
Jesus
, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name
perform many miracles?’
And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you
(i.e. loved you);
DEPART FROM
ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’
”
Matthew 7:21
Hebrews 5:11
The mysterious Spirit of the Melchizedek priesthood is faithfully fulfi lling the Law of Christ’s
New Covenant:
Jesus instructs His beloved sheep, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he
cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is
spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.' The wind blows where it wills, and you hear
the voice of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit (of
God’s holy will).”
John 3:5-8
The mind of Christ Jesus is
possessed by
the Spirit of God’s holy will.
Romans
8:26-27
Christ
Jesus never
independently
walked according to
the
carnal-minded choices and pleasures of
the
flesh’s
autonomous self-
will. Jesus never spoke His own words, independent of His Father.
Isaiah 58:13
Without
ceasing, God’s dependent Son faithfully denied
His flesh’s self-will. He obediently took up His
daily
cross and
without ceasing,
prayerfully walked in the Holy Spirit of His Father’s will. Likewise, Christ’s faithful brethren in
the Melchizedek priesthood obediently take up their
daily
cross and crucify the
sin-enslaved self-will
of their
carnal-minded
flesh. Like the mysterious wind, they are
theocratically
driven by the Spirit of God’s holy will.
Melchizedek’s priesthood declares: we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this
world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery,
even
the hidden
wisdom
, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world
knew: for had they known
it
, they would not have crucifi ed the Lord of glory.
But as it is written, Eye hath not
seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that
love Him. But God hath revealed
them
unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep
things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the
things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the
democratic
spirit of the
world, but the
theocratic
spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth;
comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for
they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know
them
, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is
spiritual
judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he
may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.
